Very disappointing experience. I ordered a T-shirt in size S, but received size M instead. I contacted customer support by email to request an exchange, but unfortunately, I have received no response. Sending the wrong size can happen, but completely ignoring a customer’s emails is unacceptable. I expected much better customer service and would not recommend this store based on my experience.
For starters you could send the right size. I ordered a size 26. I got a size 18! OMG, how hard can it be to send the correct size!!!
