REFUND POLICY

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you may request a return within 14 days from the date of receipt, exclusively within Europe. Returns for any other reason are not accepted. To process your request, please provide photos or videos proving the issue with the item. Here are our return guidelines:

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
  • Customized or modified jerseys according to your specifications are not eligible for return, except in case of manufacturing defects.

Return Procedure:

  • Contact our customer service at contact@footxo.com to obtain a return authorization.
  • Carefully package the items to be returned with all original documents (invoice, order receipt, etc.).
  • Ship the items to the address provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of manufacturing defects or our error in the order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then proceed with processing your refund under the following conditions:
