How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free worldwide on every order. Production and dispatch usually take 1–3 weeks, then tracked delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks — so most orders arrive about 2–4 weeks after you order. We email your tracking number when it ships. Customised items, busy periods and customs can take longer. Import duties may apply outside Europe.
Is name and number printing free?
Yes. Custom name and number printing is free on every shirt. Add the name and number in the customisation box on the product page before you add to cart — no extra charge.
How does Buy 2 Get 1 Free work?
Buy 2 Get 1 Free is an automatic offer: add three eligible items to your cart and it applies at checkout. Eligible discount codes (including HELLO10) can stack with this offer.
What is the HELLO10 discount?
Use code HELLO10 for $10 off your first order (a fixed $10 discount, not 10%). Enter it at checkout.
Do football boots run true to size?
Our football boots tend to run small. We recommend ordering one size up from your usual size.
What is your returns and refunds policy?
If an item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt (Europe only), with photos or video of the issue. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. Customised shirts are not eligible unless there is a manufacturing defect. Full details: Refund Policy.
How do I track my order?
Use our Track My Order page with the tracking number from your shipping email. Include your order number if you email contact@footxo.com.
How do I choose the right jersey size?
Our jerseys are a regular, true-to-size unisex fit. If you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, size up. See the full chart on our Size Guide.
